Contact Madeira Days
This page is for anyone planning their days on Madeira or Porto Santo, for readers who have spotted something out of date in the guide, and for local businesses that would like to work with us.
How to reach us
Write to hello@madeiradays.com. Replies usually take a few working days. A clear subject line, such as “Correction: Levada do Rei” or “Question about Porto Santo”, helps us sort messages faster.
What helps most: your corrections
Prices and rules on the island change often: the fees and SIMplifica time slots required since 2026 on the official trails, the fares for the Monte cable car and toboggan, or the ferry to Porto Santo. If something on a page no longer matches what you found on the spot, tell us which page it was and, if possible, the date and where you saw the newer information: an official notice, a ticket or a timetable.
Bookings
Madeira Days does not sell tours or manage bookings. Payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the platform you booked with, for example GetYourGuide, so contact its customer service directly with your booking reference to hand.
Tour operators, accommodation and local businesses
If you run tours, a guesthouse or another business on Madeira and would like to propose a collaboration, send a short description of what you offer and a link. Commissions do not influence what we publish: we choose tours on itinerary, ratings, group size and cancellation policy, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Your data
We use your address and message only to reply to you. You can also write to the same address to exercise your rights under the GDPR; the details are in our privacy policy.
